What is the basic approach to Cross Communication planning?
Here, we will introduce the planning process that we have developed based on our past experience.
The planning process is outlined in the diagram on the left.
The process is divided into the seven main planning elements.
The overall flow covers the entire PDCA (Plan - Do - Check - Act) cycle, from insights and strategies to implementation and the evaluation of results.
We use the term “Cross Communication Planning Cycle” to refer to the process involving interactions among four elements - “Scenario Ideas,” “Holistic Creative,” “Structure Design,” and “Negotiation & Implementation”.
