To promote a positive and healthy work-life balance, Dentsu established a "Career Design & Work-Life Balance Section" in its Tokyo Head Office Human Resources Division, and has added work-life support functions to the personnel sections at its Kansai and Chubu branches. To provide further support for a diverse range of work styles, Dentsu offers time off or leaves of absence for childbirth, child care, nursing care, elderly care and volunteer activities.
