Corporate Social Responsibility: Basic Policies
The Dentsu Group Charter of Corporate Conduct was finalized in October 2004 and serves as a standard for the entire Dentsu Group and to promote corporate social responsibility (CSR). At Dentsu, CSR not only addresses issues of legal compliance, protection of human rights, environmental protection, social contribution, workplace safety and hygiene, creating an internal control system, but it also involves undertaking independent initiatives to create value in ways that reflect economic, environmental and social needs, addressing the interests of all stakeholders.
Dentsu also believes that the promotion of CSR activities will help to promote sustainable development, build a better society and stimulate its economic growth, while enhancing its reputation for trustworthiness and strengthening its competitiveness.
