Evolving and expanding in the digital domain2

  • This slide introduces acquisitions in the digital domain, around half of the total acquisitions we completed this year.
  • The range of acquisitions we target in the digital domain is constantly expanding, covering not just the digital media domain, including search and performance, but domains centering around digital solutions, including creative, e-commerce, content and social solutions.
  • The digital agencies we acquired have been integrated into existing digital networks, such as Isobar and iProspect, depending on individual capability. Each of them is playing a part in our “One P&L” operating model to contribute to enhancing the digital capability of the Dentsu Group.
