Current Status & Outlook for the Dentsu Group

“Dentsu 2017and Beyond”

  • The first year of this medium-term management plan was 2013, when we completed our acquisition of the Aegis Group. It is a five-year plan that is scheduled to wrap up in 2017.
  • In this plan, we set strategic goals for the Dentsu Group based on four themes: diversifying the portfolio on a global basis, evolving and expanding the digital domain, improving profitability, and further reinforcing the business platform in the core Japanese market. Based on these themes, we then set KPIs. Since then, the Dentsu Group as a whole has been undertaking various measures to realize these targets.
