d. Reinforcing and Enhancing Overseas Business

Overseas as well, the Dentsu Group is aligning its sales structure and expanding its sales operations to ensure that it remains “A Partner in Creating Value” for its clients. In Europe and the United States, we are building and expanding our own networks while at the same time reinforcing our tie-up with the Publicis Groupe. In China, India and the other BRIC countries, we are moving forward with our own networks and strengthening our receivables management to minimize risk. To develop our search engine marketing business in Asia, we established Dentsu 24/7 Search Holdings, and we formed a mobile advertising company in China. In these ways, we are expanding our service offerings in response to sophisticated client needs.
