The Dentsu Group's efforts to build a solid operating foundation that will support its future growth strategies are underpinned by a management reform concept centered on "three building blocks"-namely, "building people," "building infrastructures" and "building a more effective organization"- In particular, to address the aim of "building people", we are promoting projects according to our plan to develop human resources that are capable of creating value . Furthermore, to support fast decision-making and enhance operational control, we will continue improving our core information systems in response to the changing business environment.
