As Chief Growth Officer for Creative, dentsu China & Isobar China Group, Britney Pai will establish and operate a growth practice, and set the growth strategy, with a focus on build dentsu unique capability like EMS and dentsu Healthcare across the organization and achieve business results by leading a team and collaborate with business leaders across location.
Britney is a firm advocator of Brand Commerce. She believes that besides brand establishment, it is necessary to create opportunities of trading with the help of technology and bring substantial business growth to clients.
Prior to becoming Chief Growth Officer, Britney was Vice President of Entertainment Marketing Solutions Isobar China Group. She pioneered the development of IP for Isobar China, working closely with Dentsu Group in Japan to create unique opportunities that combined entertainment, social and content to connect to commerce. This disruptive new model has produced significant business success for Isobar clients in China.
Britney has more than 20 years of professional experience. She was previously the founder and general manager of Trio Isobar, a subsidiary of Isobar China Group. She majored in fashion marketing in college and has more than a decade of experience in integrated entertainment marketing and public relations before joining advertising industry.
