Kavita has been in the Retail industry for over a decade, with roles across omnichannel Buying/Planning, Corporate Strategy, Merchandising, Vendor Management, Product Development, and E-Commerce Sales. After time spent at Kohl’s Department Stores in the buying office, Kavita drove retail strategies at Amazon building the Men’s Fashion business, focusing on tactical assortments, replenishment planning, and advertising launches.
Additionally, Kavita spent time at Intradeco Apparel, an apparel manufacturer, utilizing vertical production capabilities to develop e-commerce specific product lines across national and private brands and launch various marketplace, D2C, and B2B commerce initiatives. Most recently, Kavita consulted various companies across industries such as Softlines, CPG, Toys, and Beauty on how to successfully build infrastructures and product lines for long-term success across Amazon and other e-commerce channels.
Kavita believes in developing holistic omnichannel strategies that focus on the customer experience and journey. That being said, her focus at Dentsu is educating clients about best-in-class commerce strategies to ultimately increase brand performance and customer engagement.
