Vikalp Tandon

Vikalp Tandon, has over 20 years of industry experience in building Customer Experience and Commerce practices delivering successful business transformation for world's leading brands. As the Global President of Dentsu Commerce, he will be responsible for expanding Commerce across the Dentsu Aegis Network, unifying Commerce talent across the Group, and driving new opportunities for clients.

Tandon joined the group three years ago as Global CTO for the Dentsu’s Creative Line of Business, where he led the growth of Technology, Commerce and Data practice. Vikalp joined from Publicis Sapient where he was Vice President and Global Strategy Lead, responsible for growth and development of Sapient’s platform services and worked closely with Global clients to reimagine how they engage with their customers and manage their businesses in today’s global, digital economy.

Vikalp holds an Executive MBA in Strategy and Innovation from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Birla Institute of Technology, India.
