Alison Zoellner
Alison Zoellner is the General Counsel for dentsu international. Alison joined the business in 2019 as the General Counsel for the Americas region. She previously served as Vice President and General Counsel of Honeywell’s Advanced Materials business, a multi-billion dollar global business which manufactures a wide variety of high-performance products, including environmentally preferable refrigerants and materials used to manufacture end products such as bullet-resistant armor, computer chips and pharmaceutical packaging. Prior to this, Alison was Assistant General Counsel, Securities and Corporate Finance of Honeywell International Inc. Alison also worked for seventeen years in the legal department of The New York Times Company. She started her legal career at Sullivan & Cromwell. Alison earned her bachelor’s degree from Duke University and her law degree from the University of Texas School of Law.
