Sapna Arora is a seasoned business leader with over 23 years of experience in driving growth and profitability for consumer tech businesses. As the Chief Client Officer at dentsu India, Sapna is responsible for driving revenue and profit by leading cross-dentsu solutions and developing new capabilities. 

With a global footprint, she has worked in legacy companies like P&G, Nestle, and Reckitt in India, Singapore, and North America. Sapna has also led digital-first brands such as OLX (Naspers) and successfully launched OLX Auto in India, Southeast Asia, and America. Her expertise also extends to advising start-ups, helping them launch businesses from ‘zero to one’ and scaling them from ‘one to ten’ and beyond. 

Sapna is a strong advocate of diversity and inclusion at work, particularly in nurturing women talent. She is an alumnus of prestigious institutions such as St. Stephens College, Delhi University, NIFT Delhi, and holds an MBA Degree from IIM Bangalore.
