Neil Gissler

Neil is responsible for execution of our business strategy and ensuring we have the required plans, metrics and targets in place. Neil also leads our strategic transformation agenda, with a focus on re-engineering our enterprise-wide operations.

Neil has an extensive background in operations, technology and transformation leadership for global businesses.

Neil was appointed to Global Chief Operating Officer in December 2019. Neil previously held leadership roles within dentsu Americas as Chief Operating Officer and Merkle as Chief Operating Officer and Global Technology and Delivery Lead.

Prior to working for dentsu, he spent 28 years at Accenture where he held a number of leadership roles across the business including running Accenture’s global technology strategy business and Accenture’s NA technology and IT services business.
