As HR Director, Monique dedicates herself every day to prepare dentsu Beneluxfor the future needs of the business community. Together with her team she is responsible for innovative HR policy for all the agencies and staff departments of the organization. By focusing on development and collaboration, she ensures that dentsu Beneluxis a great place to work.
Monique is a recognized coach for StiR (Stichting Registratie: Keurmerk for Professional Guidance) and certified Vinyasa yoga teacher (250 RYT). Prior to dentsu, she worked as HR Director Central and Eastern Europe & CIS at Aon Risk solutions.
