Sharee is a passionate HR Professional that truly believe that people are the most dynamic asset in any business and that there is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone’s potential grow into a successful career.
Sharee has a 7 year background in HR and was promoted into the HR lead at dentsu New Zealand in January 2018. Sharee is a capable manager with strong mentor and coaching focus. Sharee is heavily involved in our Diversity & Inclusion committee, attends national HR training, leadership development sessions, HR tech trend events; which then enables better strategic decisions and ultimately, a competitive advantage.
Sharee has a personal vision to bring more diversity into the dentsu business, build meaningful partnerships with our clients and ensure that equal opportunities are created so that people can fulfil their career ambitions.
