Zhengda 'Z' Shen has been a member of the Merkle executive committee for more than a decade, playing an integral part in driving the company's growth to become a US$1billon company. He has served in various executive roles including Chief Operating Officer and Global Marketing Solutions Leader for Merkle's data, analytics, and technology businesses.
Since Merkle's acquisition by dentsu in 2016, he has been responsible for business expansion primarily through mergers and acquisitions. As President of Merkle APAC, he currently leads dentsu's Customer Experience Management (CXM) Line of Business in the Asia Pacific region and serves as the executive leader for dentsu APAC's data and products across all business lines.

Zhengda holds a master's degree in applied statistics from The Ohio State University and a master of business administration degree from Johns Hopkins University.
