Tony has 20 years of rich experience in digital innovation, media, commercial and operations on both client and agency sides. He has been with Dentsu Aegis since 2016 as CEO for iProspect China. With his solid digital background in the Media and Performance business and a track record of outstanding performance in China, he has successfully grown iProspect by over 250% since 2015 and outperforming the industry through organic client growth as well as new business wins. He has been appointed to lead China Media Brands as CEO of Media LoB, Dentsu Aegis Network China since 2019, focusing on delivering value to local, regional and global clients in China through directly shaping business growth strategies.

Tony joins DAN from Google China where he was Chief Digital Evangelist in China. Before that, he was General Manager for Dell direct business in Greater China; Marketing VP for eBay China and VP of Operations for Yahoo! China. Tony was named as one of the top 50 Business Innovators in 2013 by CBN Weekly. Additionally, he is the column author for CEIBS Business Review on digital marketing in China. He graduated from New York University with master degree and holds EMBA degree from Fudan University.
