Kim has worked in the media industry for 17 years; she spent a large part of her career at Fetch, a mobile marketing agency, where she played an important role in its growth and eventual sale to dentsu in 2014.

Kim’s role in dentsu X focuses on working with her brilliant team to drive client business results, commercial growth and creating compelling media experiences for their clients.  She works closely with dentsu X’s key clients including Heineken, The Very Group, William Grant & Sons​ and McCormick.

Having entered the industry straight from school herself, Kim is a champion and mentor for a number of women both at dentsu and externally, and passionately believes diversity of experience and thought is the solution to delivering great work.
