Media Service Line Lead, Americas & Chief Media Officer, 360i

Doug Rozen is the Media Service Line Lead for dentsu Americas and Chief Media Officer for 360i. As the first Chief Media Officer of award-winning full-service agency 360i, Doug is responsible for the agency’s integrated media, performance and analytics capabilities across $2.2B+ in billings. He is known for exploiting the intersection of technology, data and creativity to help today’s modern marketers capitalize on change. Doug has been recognized for leading successful teams and fortunate to be a part of numerous industry firsts. In the last year under Doug's leadership, 360i has become a Forrester leader, MediaPost Agency of the Year, won 18 new clients and continues to push the boundaries of integration. He sits on the 4As Media Leadership Council and holds other industry advisory roles.

Doug joined 360i from OMD, where he led all digital and innovation activities including Ignition Factory, Zero Code, OMD Create and OMD's social and mobile operations. He also drove relationships with brands like Apple, Hasbro, Eli Lilly, Disney, Principal Financial and more. Before OMD, Doug was Chief Innovation Officer & SVP/General Manager at Meredith. There, he led emerging media, oversaw new products & services and ran the entertainment client portfolio. Clients included: NBC, AMC, FX, ABC Family, Fandango, Sony, Victoria's Secret, Bayer, Church & Dwight, J&J, Kia, Chrysler, SeaWorld, GSK and more.

Prior to Meredith, Doug was SVP, Global Lead at Aimia (formerly Carlson Marketing). There, he developed and oversaw the global loyalty provider’s agency services unit including creative, digital, media, mobile, social & strategy offerings as well as helped in its acquisition by Aimia. Clients included: Visa, AT&T, Chase, GM, Hallmark, Delta, P&G, Coke, JetBlue & Ford. Before Carlson, Doug was Senior Partner and Managing Director at JWT where he established digital@jwt and then combined JWT’s digital, direct and data offerings to form connect@jwt. This ultimately lead to RMG Connect – one of the top non-traditional agencies at its time. Clients included: Unilever, Nestle, Kraft, U.S. Marines, HSBC, Orkin & Western Union.

Doug’s prior experience includes building the first intranet for an auto OEM, designing the first online acquisition campaign for a national ISP & streaming one of the first collegiate football games.
