Chief Communications Officer, dentsu Americas

Jennifer is Chief Communications Officer for dentsu Americas, overseeing all internal and external marketing communications, inclusive of digital, social and content, executive communications and media relations, thought leadership, change communications, events, awards and reputation. Jennifer is a strategic communications leader with proven global success leading communications for organizations through intense change, rapid growth and complex reputational, financial and rebranding milestones. In this role, Jennifer is a key strategic advisor to both the executive leadership team and the individual brands on impactful communications.

Prior to dentsu, Jennifer was SVP of Global Communications for Getty Images, a founding position which sat on the company’s executive committee. She was responsible for designing and executing the organization’s first corporate narrative, mission and vision with successful internal alignment, increased external awareness and greater differentiation of the brand in the marketplace.

Before joining Getty Images, Jennifer held the role of SVP, Deputy Global Head of Corporate Affairs for Christie’s, the fine arts purveyor, where she was responsible for leading Christie’s global corporate communications efforts. During her three-year tenure, Jennifer transformed public perception of the Christie’s brand from that of a storied British auction house to one of a modern global art business with a strong digital presence and accessibility for all.

Jennifer has a wealth of expertise in the luxury, corporate and entertainment sectors and prior to her time at Christie’s, held the role of SVP of Global Corporate Communications and Public Relations at Kerzner International. Here she was responsible for all global communications strategies and integrated partnerships for its various hospitality brands, including its flagships: Atlantis Paradise Island in the Bahamas; Atlantis and The Palm in Dubai; and the acclaimed One&Only luxury boutique collection of hotel properties. Jennifer also spent time at Miramax/ Dimension Films, where she was responsible for strategy and national publicity campaigns for feature films under the Dimension banner, as the company’s SVP for Publicity and began her career in communications at PMK, the well-known entertainment public relations agency in NY and LA.

Jennifer is a graduate of Cornell University and lives in Connecticut with her husband, two young daughters, three dogs and one cat.
