A passion for business strategy & development, operational efficiency and delivering commercial results has fast tracked Carni’s career in the media and advertising industry over the past 14 years. Graduating in Brand Strategy, Media Management and Account Management, experience in Project and Finance Management laid the foundation needed for becoming the youngest Managing Director of Posterscope and her selection in the top 40 under 40 people in the South African Media Industry in 2011.
Carni helped launch Amplifi South Africa in 2014, the supply side management platform of Dentsu Aegis Network. Amplifi’s proposition is based on the generation of business growth and delivering value for all in everything it does. She took on the Investment Director role in pursuit of delivering commercial value beyond price for our business, clients and partners.
Wanting more scope she joined the Sub Saharan Africa regional team in 2016. Her in depth understanding of DAN agencies & market nuances across the Sub Saharan Africa region allows her to develop and implement excellent business & client solutions across all markets.
Leading Amplifi SSA, she drives Dentsu Aegis Network’s regional commercial, investment and content agenda. She ensures that teams collaborate to create, deliver and implement sustainable business growth solutions and exceptional value propositions, founded in trust and transparency.
