Steve is the Chief Executive Officer for Merkle ANZ, responsible for setting dentsu’s Customer Experience Management strategy, performance, and brand growth across Australia and New Zealand.
Steve joined Merkle in 2022 as Chief Growth Officer, building strong and trusted client relationships and strategic partnerships. He has a track record of driving large scale digital transformation and meaningful growth for clients by fusing creativity, strategy and technology and is passionate about empowering brands to create distinctively better customer experiences. He has worked across extensively across Media and Entertainment, High Tech, Consumer Goods and Telco both in Europe and APAC. He has also co-founded a number of businesses across mobile software, advanced analytics and consumer goods. Steve previously led Accenture’s Digital business in Australia and most recently was Chief Growth Officer for Accenture Interactive in Australia and New Zealand. In his spare time, he loves to ski, discover new wines and travel.
