Dentsu appoints EMEA Chief People Officer

Victoria Livingstone to accelerate regional growth through talent and culture

London - Dentsu international, the global media and digital marketing communications company, has appointed Victoria Livingstone as the Chief People Officer to bolster organisational effectiveness across EMEA.  Reporting to dentsu EMEA CEO Giulio Malegori and Global Chief HR Officer Anna Moulton, Livingstone will join the regional Executive Team and will use HR expertise and leadership to accelerate dentsu’ ongoing growth in EMEA through talent development, employee experience and cross-functional integration.

Livingstone has more than two decades of experience leading HR functions at large multinational brands including Ford, HSBC, Vodafone, CISCO. In her most recent role as the interim Organisational Effectiveness Director at fashion ecommerce brand ASOS, Livingstone was accountable for leading an organisation wide change and transformation programme to redesign the operating model, end to end processes and new ways of working.
