Kirsten Beggs

Prior to joining dentsu, Kirsten was Chief People Officer at Anthem, an integrated communications and marketing agency, where she lead transformational change, grew the company culture and worked strategically with leadership  She joins dentsu with a wealth of knowledge in the creative space having also previously worked for Renaissance Ltd in the Apple Division where she was the Director of Training working closely with a range of New Zealand broadcast, marketing and creative agencies.  Kirsten is known for her people first approach and how deeply she cares about those that she works with.

Kirsten loves a new challenge and is always looking for what’s next in both her personal and professional life.  She has participated in a variety of sports over the years with her latest focus being Stand Up Paddleboarding.  She has attended several New Zealand SUP championships where she has been placed second in her age category.  For Kirsten, SUP is a family sport with both her children and husband also racing at nationals.
