Claire Beatson
General Manager - Strategy
Claire is a decorated global strategist with 20 years experience in business. Claire’s passions are brand creation and transformation, business strategy and taking brands into new markets. Back in the day she trained in NZ’s top creative agencies Saatchi & Saatchi & Colenso, then went onto AKQA digital in London to set up their Brand Strategy department. Claire then crossed over to the ‘independent side’ where she held the Head of Strategy role for Special Group, helped establish their Australian offering in market and won a slew of creative and effectiveness awards including the coveted Cannes Grand Prix.
More recently Claire has been working under her own brand as an independent business consultant, specialising in NPD, innovation and the creation of new brands and businesses. She has her own side hustle, Nod Sleep, a health/wellness brand that makes 100% plant-based, NZ made premium sleep products for export.
Outside of work she indulges in Pilates and keeps super busy raising her three beautiful children.
