Posterscope and Open Outdoor Formalise Relationship through Acquisition
Posterscope, the world’s leading Out-of-Home Communications agency, today announces the formalisation of its relationship with Open Outdoor, the Out-of-Home media specialists, through the acquisition of the remaining shares it does not already own.
Founded in 2002 and led by Managing Director Andrew Kelly, Open Outdoor specialises in handling the outdoor business for independent and regional agencies and prides itself on providing the highest levels of customer service, support and innovative ideas. Operating in differing parts of the Out-of-Home market, Posterscope and Open Outdoor have had an existing working relationship since its inception and will continue to operate separately post acquisition.
