Dentsu Aegis Network today announces the acquisition of Navegg, a leading company in Latin America specialising in data strategy, targeting and management of digital audiences. Founded in 2009 by Luciano Juvinski and Pedro Cruz, with Adriano Brandão as partner, the company is headquartered in Curitiba, Brazil, and works with many of the leading global and local publishers and media partners to deliver precise data-driven campaigns and insights to its clients.

As part of Dentsu Aegis Network, Navegg will continue to operate as an autonomous business unit specialised in collection, analysis, multichannel and activation of audience data, particularly in the growing area of programmatic.

Luciano Juvinski, Navegg’s current CEO and Chief Technology Officer, will continue to lead Navegg and assumes the position of Managing Director, reporting directly to Abel Reis, CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network Brazil, and to Ashwini Karandikar, Global President, Amnet.

“Dentsu Aegis Network’s unique operating model will enable us to access the most advanced technologies available, at the same time, strengthen our relationships with publishers and media vendors throughout Latin America," said Luciano Juvinski, CEO and CTO of Navegg.

Additionally the acquisition brings market leading innovation, skills and talent," explained Ashwini Karandikar, Global President of Amnet.

"This is an investment of great importance for Dentsu Aegis Network. Navegg, already a leader in online audience data, will benefit from our network’s broader technologies, processes and global presence, contributing to the maturing of the Brazilian and Latin American advertising market," said Abel Reis, CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network Brazil.
