Florian Kier becomes CFO of Dentsu Austria
Dentsu Austria appoints Florian Kier as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Austria. With effect from 1 July 2021, he is the new CFO Austria and in this role is responsible for the commercial area of Dentsu and, together with the existing management team around CEO Jakob Schönherr, will continue to drive forward the business development of the communications network.
Florian Kier has been working in different management positions in the finance area of dentsu for 7 years. Initially in the combined AT-CH team, he later moved to Zurich and took over the management of the Swiss finance team. In the course of this activity, the transformation and standardisation of processes was driven forward, and a shared service centre organisation for the Swiss market was established.
Florian Kier succeeds Marcus Andriessen, who also takes on a new role on 1st of July and becomes Chief Financial Officer for dentsu in Switzerland and the CXM Service Line (Customer Experience Management) at DACH level.
