iProspect Marks 30 Years as Fastest-Growing Media Network in the World
iProspect, the dentsu-owned global media agency, today marks its 30th anniversary with the launch of '30 Years. Still Accelerating.', a global brand campaign that reflects the agency's three-decade heritage and the road ahead.

Founded in 1996 as one of the first dedicated search and performance agencies, iProspect has undergone four distinct phases of reinvention — from category creator to global performance network, to integrated growth accelerator — and today operates across 93 markets with over 8,000 employees. In 2025, the agency achieved a 61% global competitive pitch win rate and was recognized by RECMA as the fastest-growing network globally for three consecutive years.
The anniversary campaign, developed in-house, launches simultaneously across all markets on 21 May, anchored by a flagship brand film, an executive interview series with Global President Amanda Morrissey: https://insight.iprospect.com/iprospect-30th/
"There is a particular risk that comes with turning thirty in the media business - complacency," said Amanda Morrissey, Global President of iProspect and Chief Growth Officer, Media at dentsu. "iProspect chose a different path. We dismantled our own origin story and rebuilt a simple proposition: growth should be engineered across the entire system, not optimised at the margins. Thirty years may have signaled maturity. For us, it signals momentum."
The campaign arrives as iProspect arrives during a period of sustained a period of sustained commercial transformation. In late 2025, the agency deepened its global footprint with Siemens across 150+ countries, secured Ticketek Entertainment Group across ANZ, and expanded relationships with BJ's Wholesale Club and Floor & Decor in the US. In the UK, NEXT, Pandora, Kering and Netflix all renewed without pitch. In 2026, that momentum translated into broader market recognition, with iProspect UK earning nine Campaign Media Awards shortlist nominations and multiple wins for its Netflix and IKEA work, alongside recognition across Campaign’s Global Agency of the Year shortlist and European Search Awards programs.
Laurien Lee, CEO of iProspect China, said: “iProspect’s 30th anniversary marks an important milestone for our global network, and also brings fresh momentum to our next chapter in China. As one of the world’s most dynamic and fast-evolving markets, China presents brands with challenges that go far beyond media efficiency. The real question is how to build sustainable growth across increasingly complex consumer touchpoints, content ecosystems and commercial scenarios. Looking ahead, iProspect China will continue to combine the strength of our global network with deep local market insights, integrating data, technology, creativity and media expertise to help clients capture growth amid change and move forward with greater clarity.”
