Dentsu Aegis Network acquires leading digital agency Mindworks and launches Isobar and iProspect in Greece


Dentsu Aegis Network today announces that it has acquired a majority stake in Mindworks, the leading independent integrated digital agency in Greece. Mindworks was previously a business unit of Atcom and Internet Multimedia SA (Atcom) and the acquired company will operate under the name of Isobar-iProspect Advertising Services S.A.

Headquartered in Athens and with a staff of over 60 professionals, Mindworks will be integrated into two of Dentsu Aegis Network’s core brands - Isobar, the global digital marketing agency and global digital performance agency, iProspect. This acquisition launches both the Isobar and iProspect brands in Greece, in addition to expanding Dentsu Aegis Network’s breadth of digital capabilities across EMEA.

Established in 2003 and operating as part of web and technology agency Atcom from 2009 until recently, Mindworks offers a wide range of digital services to high profile brands, including digital marketing and comms strategy, full creative services, search, performance, social and mobile solutions.

Mindworks founder, Costas Mantziaris, and Managing Partner, Giorgos Vareloglou, will continue to lead the business as Head of iProspect and Isobar Hellas respectively, reporting to Nikos Simbouras, currently General Manager of Dentsu Aegis Network in Greece.
