Dentsu Aegis strengthens digital performance offering in France with the acquisition of Wasabi Analytics

Dentsu Aegis Network today announces the acquisition of Wasabi Analytics SAS (“Wasabi Analytics”), a leading French web analytics agency. Wasabi will be fully integrated into Dentsu Aegis Network’s digital performance agency iProspect, further strengthening the brand’s data consultancy offering in the market.

Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Paris, the agency provides in-depth web analytics and measurement tools to high profile clients including PhotoBox, BNP Paribas, Betclic, Humanis, the French Football Federation and Malakoff Médéric. From consulting to operational deployment, Wasabi Analytics offers a full range of online performance services and is on of the only independent agencies in France with the status of Google Analytics Premium Authorized Reseller.

Following the acquisition, Sébastien Manaches, Founder and CEO of Wasabi Analytics, will become Head of Web Analytics of iProspect France, and report to Benjamin Tancrède, Managing Director of iProspect France. The Wasabi Analytics team will join the iProspect’s office in Paris from 1 October 2016.
