As part of this change, Thomas Le Thierry will transition from his current role of CEO Media, EMEA to a new critical client leadership role as Client Advisor, EMEA, dentsu. In this position, Le Thierry will lead key EMEA Media client relationships and partner with them to develop and deliver progressive and effective media strategies to support their business priorities and growth plans in 2023.

His experience has been pivotal to understanding and responding to clients’ needs; spanning roles across EMEA. Notably, former roles include CEO & Founding Director, Vizeum in France, CEO & President, Carat France, Global CEO & President, Vizeum and most recently dentsu CEO, Media EMEA.

“As we head into 2023 and navigate the changing business and consumer landscape, it’s imperative we continue to develop our media services in parallel with our CXM and Creative offering to support the changing needs of our clients. These strategic appointments ensure continuity through highly experienced EMEA media leadership who will be fundamental to working in partnership with our clients,” said dentsu EMEA CEO Giulio Malegori.

“We start this year with great momentum, having won the European media business for several marquee brands in the region, including BMW and most recently, Zalando. This is an amazing legacy for Thomas to pass on to Paolo, as he takes up the CEO Media mantle and they come together to double down on our client-centric approach within dentsu and across the whole of EMEA with a clear vision, significant experience, and primed to deliver success.” said Peter Huijboom, CEO Media, International markets, dentsu.

These changes will take effect in Q1 2023.
