Dentsu Strengthens its Salesforce Partnership in Indonesia with Inaugural Joint Event

Dentsu, a leading integrated marketing services company, further strengthens its partnership with Salesforce, an integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, in Indonesia after establishing a strong partnership for more than 18 years globally since 2004 and has become the #1 Salesforce global agency partner. 

Following Salesforce's recent launch of its new entity in Indonesia in August 2023, dentsu Indonesia and Salesforce jointly organised their inaugural collaborative event on 29th August 2023, at Alila SCBD Jakarta. The event revolved around the theme "Unlocking the Potential of Personalisation with Generative AI." During the event, dentsu Indonesia and Salesforce discussed the topic of the evolution of AI and its implications for companies, as well as its future relevance for marketers. Through close collaboration with Salesforce, dentsu Indonesia is committed to enhancing value for brands and industry leaders by elevating customer experiences.

The event also featured an engaging Live Demo, a live illustration of AI-based personalisation presented by Aries Richi, Salesforce Lead Solution Engineer for Marketing Cloud. This event was attended by leaders from dentsu Indonesia and Salesforce, including Arshad Rahman, CEO of Customer Experience Management (CXM) at dentsu Indonesia; Bertrand Garnier, Head of Cloud Sales, Salesforce ASEAN; and Estee Chandra, Salesforce Account Director for Marketing Cloud. Apart from that, there were 20 leading brands from various industries in Indonesia who participated in the event.
