Arshad has over 15 years of extensive expertise across ad tech, data-driven marketing, analytics, and programmatic. He joined iProspect Indonesia in March 2020 as COO after leaving Google Indonesia, where he was Head of Google Marketing Platform for four years. Prior to that, Arshad worked in GroupM and Innity, helping scale their programmatic and digital businesses in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

Since joining iProspect, Arshad has helped lead the business to significant client wins such as Tokopedia, Traveloka, and Wings, as well as winning three silvers at Campaign Asia's agency of the year 2021. In 2021, Arshad was named as the COO of the newly launched Merkle Indonesia business, focused on digital transformation, data transformation, and customer experience. Within a successful year, by January 2022, Arshad was once again promoted as dentsu CXM's CEO with a renewed vision in building capabilities to empower dentsu Indonesia's clients to deliver differentiated customer experiences.
