Marketing Communications Manager, dentsu Indonesia
Delfi has a demi-decade of experience in Marketing Communications. At dentsu Indonesia, she leads and oversees all internal and external marketing communications - inclusive of events, social, B2B marketing, executive communications, media relations, thought leadership, change communications, awards and reputation.
She joined dentsu through an independent digital marketing agency called Valuklik in 2017 - which was then acquired by the group and named iProspect Valuklik - now known as iProspect Indonesia. Delfi worked on award submissions and helped the brand achieve two gold trophies in Marketing Interactive Indonesian Agency of the Year (AOY) 2019 and five silver metals in Campaign Southeast Asia AOY 2019-2021 for three consecutive years. In addition, she also helped dentsu win two silvers at MMA Smarties Indonesia 2021 case study awards.
With proven success in leading communications for organizations through change, rapid growth, and rebranding milestones, Delfi managed the group's rebranding process when Dentsu Aegis Network rebranded itself to ‘dentsu’ in 2020, and the launch of a new service line CXM and brand Merkle Indonesia in 2021. Working closely with dentsu Indonesia’s leadership team, she ensures dentsu’s brand cohesion and maintains effective communication for the organization locally.
Delfi promotes and supports dentsu’s DEI committee to boost Social Impact. She initiated campaigns and drove event planning for Women@dentsu since 2020 before she officially onboarded to a group level in 2022 with a demonstrated aptitude for branding and communication. Her current role is to increase external awareness and greater differentiation of the group in the market.
Delfi graduated with a High Merit predicate for her Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design at Binus University. She came from Bintan Island and now resides in Jakarta.
