Fika spent 1st half of her lawyering journey working in law firms handling corporate M&A, foreign investment, employment and capital market practice area. She took care of both local and international clients from various industries including healthcare, telecommunication, technology, consumer goods and retail, agriculture, real estate and private equity. After 6.5 years working at law firms, Fika decided to move on as an in-house counsel.
Before moving to dentsu, Fika worked for a leading super-app company to manage mostly fund-raising projects, investor relations and corporate affairs; followed with a beauty company in which Fika acted as a solo contributor handling all legal related matters locally, and also was part of the regional legal team to take care of 8 other markets in the region.
Fika’s 12 years experience of dealing with various industries and backgrounds has helped in shaping her legal skills and business acumen. Fika loves challenges and is highly adaptable. Although dentsu is her first experience in advertising and modern marketing industry, she embraces it and is more than ready to support the business and be there should the team need any legal advice!
