Harini Muralidharan is a Strategic HR Business Partner and the Cluster HR Director for India, Global Finance services and India Business Platforms. With over two decades of experience across India and global markets, she spearheads the people and culture transformation for dentsu’s operations in India and Sri Lanka, ensuring the talent strategy is a primary driver of commercial success.
A veteran of the technology and retail sectors, Harini has held senior leadership roles at global powerhouses including Tesco, Juniper Networks, Ericsson, NetApp, and Infosys. Prior to her elevation to CPO, she served as Cluster HR Director at dentsu, where she was instrumental in stewarding global finance services and executing organizational transitions that optimized business agility.
Harini’s expertise lies at the intersection of commercial growth and organizational effectiveness. She is a specialist in large-scale change management, strategic partnering compensation restructuring, and leadership coaching. During her tenure at Tesco, Ericsson and Netapp, her strategic HR interventions were critical in propelling the organization to the top tiers of the Great Place to Work (GPTW) rankings, solidifying its reputation as an employer of choice.
A scholar-practitioner, Harini is currently pursuing a PhD in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and holds the prestigious GPHR (Global Professional in Human Resources) certification. A recognized thought leader in the HR fraternity, Harini holds the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification. She is a frequent contributor to industry dialogue, focusing on the future of work, AI-based compensation design, and the advancement of women’s leadership in the corporate sector.
