Vinod Thadani leads growth across the dentsu India network while also serving as CEO of iProspect India. He brings over two decades of experience across communications, media, and digital, with a clear focus on driving integrated, outcome-led solutions across performance marketing, data, ecommerce, and creative.
He joined dentsu in 2021 as CEO of iProspect India and subsequently expanded his role to drive growth across dentsu India’s media brands. Over the past few years, he has played a key role in strengthening integration across capabilities and advancing the network’s digital and performance-led offerings. His approach centres on building scale through specialization and aligning media, technology, and data to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Over the course of his career, Vinod has contributed to the evolution of digital and mobile marketing in India. He has held leadership roles across organisations such as GroupM, Mindshare, and Madhouse, where he helped shape performance marketing and digital transformation practices. His experience spans strategic planning, digital growth, content and platform development, and building high-performing teams, with a consistent focus on enabling business transformation through integrated and scalable solutions.
