Campaign brings iQOO Z11’s AI-powered transcription and translation capabilities to life through the familiar chaos of a first day at work…

On your first day at work, there are plenty of things you are expected to figure out. New faces, new processes, and enough unfamiliar jargon to make your head spin. Then comes the meeting where everyone seems to be speaking a completely different language.

Bringing this familiar moment to life with humour, Dentsu Creative Webchutney has launched a new campaign for iQOO Z11, built around the universal expression: “blah blah blah.”

The film follows a young intern walking into an international meeting on his first day. Accents, languages, and workplace jargon quickly become a blur, leaving him struggling to keep pace with the conversation.

His iQOO Z11 steps in with AI-powered transcription and translation, helping him follow the discussion in real time. With the conversation finally making sense, he finds the confidence to participate and hold his own in the room.

The phrase “blah blah blah” becomes the campaign’s central creative device. It punctuates the meeting, captures the intern’s confusion and gives the film its distinct sense of humour. A catchy track and a fast-moving narrative add to the energy, making the film easy to remember long after the meeting ends.

Nipun Marya, CEO, IQOO India said, “We believe the best technology starts with a deep understanding of the consumer. That means looking beyond specifications to the moments that matter in their everyday lives. With the iQOO Z11, we wanted to show how AI can make one such moment simpler, smarter and more empowering, especially for students and young interns navigating everyday life.”

Ujjwal Anand, Managing Partner, Dentsu Creative Webchutney added, “‘Blah blah blah’ is about as simple as an idea can get. The fun was turning that simplicity into something people would want to watch and remember. iQOO gave us the freedom to push the idea, and the team brought the humour, craft and energy to make it work. That combination is where brave creative comes alive.”

Moumita Pal, National Creative Director, Dentsu Creative Webchutney commented, “We loved the absurdity of taking a very real first-day-at-work feeling and literally turning everything into ‘blah blah blah’. From the performances and pacing to the music, every element had to keep that energy going. The iQOO Z11 then comes in at exactly the right moment and changes the game for our protagonist. We wanted the film to be the kind of work people remember, talk about and send to someone who has been in that exact situation.”

Created for iQOO’s young, tech-forward audience, the digital-first film keeps the pace quick, with humour and a recurring hook driving the story. The iQOO Z11 comes into play naturally, using its AI features to help the intern navigate the conversation and keep up with the room.

At its core, the idea taps into a feeling that is instantly recognisable. We have all been in a room where everyone else seems to know exactly what is going on. For the intern in this film, the right technology helps turn that moment of uncertainty into one of confidence.
