Michelle Testa is Managing Director, Media for dentsu Western Australia, leading the agency’s media team and helping clients navigate an increasingly complex media landscape with clarity, ambition and a healthy dose of pragmatism.
A long-time WA media leader, Michelle brings extensive experience across client leadership, strategy, commercial partnerships and business growth. She believes the best work comes from strong relationships, smart thinking and bringing great people together around a common challenge.
Deeply connected to the WA market, Michelle is passionate about developing emerging talent and building a strong local industry. Her leadership reflects dentsu’s philosophy of Sanpo Yoshi: good for business, good for people and good for society, demonstrated through 10 years with the Oasis Committee, including three as Chair, helping raise more than $3 million for disadvantaged WA youth.
Michelle has led a three-time WA Media Agency of the Year and was named Campaign Brief WA Ad Person of the Year in 2026.
