The past couple of years have been incredibly volatile and we continue to live in a very uncertain economic and geopolitical context, one in which consumers have experienced a roller-coaster of emotions. If we had to summarise consumers main mindsets and what they need from brands in these trying times we would say that they have gone from a pandemic hiatus, to a time to reset, and next to a time to stay focussed.
