Women’s Sports Parity Index Report

At MKTG, we are not only passionate about women’s sport, but we also actively seek out projects where we can play an important role in moving women’s sport forward. We work with brands, teams, and leagues worldwide to help women's sport continue on its upward trajectory. 

We are insight-led in our approach to women's sport, recognising and aligning with macro and cultural influences within each market. Whilst we advocate for pay equity, development of grassroots pathways, and fair value for media rights, we actively research how developments in women’s sport are impacting the views of fans. 

As media coverage, attendance figures, and broader economic impact shift, the broader societal behaviors and attitudes towards women's sport also change. We conduct an annual Gender Equity Tracker, powered by dentsu Sports Analytics, to understand this evolution and help our clients and the industry refine our approach accordingly
