Ami Qian
Ami, who has held leadership roles with Carat since November 2017, will have the primary responsibility for building and leading the agency success story in China. In this new role, Ami will focus on shaping the agency culture, talent strategy, capabilities building as well as driving greater integrated solutions by unlocking the full range of capabilities within the dentsu connected solutions ecosystem to deliver growth for clients.
Ami is a savvy marketing professional with well-rounded experience in creative, media and digital advertising agencies. She is a proven communication strategist, proficient in creatively unravelling the complexity of today's modern marketing environment and China media ecosystem. Ami has broad experience across many categories and a track record for delivering growth for renowned brands including Pernod Ricard, IKEA, United Airlines, Hershey's, PepsiCo, Danone, L'Oréal and Tiffany & Co..
Ami was recently a jury of Spikes Asia and Effie Greater China awards. She was also attended “The 4th Ladies Who Tech” as the female leader in 2021 representative of dentsu China.
Before her time at dentsu she was with Havas and Allyes in China, prior to that, she was with McCANN World Group in an international role.
