Dentsu Creative Isobar has announced the appointment of Dhruv Tiwari and Zubin Jauhari as Group Executive Creative Directors. This leadership appointment reinforces the agency’s commitment to creativity that transcends boundaries, resonates across every layer of India, and empowers brands to grow in ways that are culturally rich, commercially meaningful, and spectacularly ambitious. 

Reporting to Abhijat Bharadwaj, Chief Creative Officer, Dentsu Creative Isobar, Dhruv and Zubin will spearhead the agency’s creative vision for a rapidly growing portfolio of ambitious brands. Their mandate is to craft culturally rooted, business-driving, and emotionally resonant campaigns that speak to modern India while celebrating the traditions, ethos, and vibrancy of Bharat. 

Dhruv joins from DDB Mudra, where he turned the North office into a powerhouse of creative excellence. He has built campaigns that are not just award-winning, but culturally iconic - from McDonald’s and Royal Enfield to Kent RO and DLF Mall of India. His work has consistently blended innovation with tangible business impact, creating moments that linger in popular culture and in the minds of millions of Indians. Recognized at Adfest, The Abbys, and Kyoorius, Dhruv has proven that creative storytelling can drive both emotion and commerce. 

Zubin returns to dentsu, bringing a decade of pioneering work that has turned brands into cultural landmarks. From crafting internet sensations for Swiggy, Flipkart, Airtel, ITC, and global giants like Google and Facebook, to transforming Ola Electric into India’s #1 EV brand, Zubin’s work is a masterclass in blending strategy, storytelling, and cultural resonance. His work has won Cannes Lions, Spikes Asia Grand Prix, Kyoorius Black Elephant, and he remains a force shaping the conversation around modern Indian creativity.
