With 9 years industry experience across various sectors, Chishimba has worked across various industries, including FMCG, Banking & Finance, Telecoms, Insurance, Food & beverage, Agriculture. Some of which include Absa, Airtel, MTN, Nestle, Unilever, Shoprite, Huawei, Pepsico, GIZ, Malaria No More etc.

Chishimba's current responsibilities include driving integrated design and enforcing the collaborative business approach which emphasizes viewing the business as an interconnected and interdependent entity, ensuring all teams are equipped to drive transformation and growth acceleration within their client teams; whilst maintaining a high level of thought-leadership.

She is most intrigued by how to improve life and the living experiences of everyday people. Initially, she thought this passion for people and their stories would lead to a career in foreign missions. After her BSc in Political Science & International Relations and a Certificate in Diplomatic Practice, Protocol and Public Relations, she became drawn to the inner workings of people globally. At the top was her natural affinity for communication and literacy.

When she is not implementing media strategies for multiple brands, she is leading Cheech’s Book Club as the founding CEO.
