Serigne is among Francophone Africa’s digital pioneers with over 20 years of experience. He graduated from Institut Supérieur du Commerce (ISC) Paris in 2000 and at the age of 24, set up People Input, the first “web agency” in Senegal and Francophone Africa.

Serigne spearheaded People Input’s strategic shift to mobile services and developed business activities in other Francophone African countries Côte d’Ivoire, Cameroon and Mali. He positioned People Input as the first Digital Agency in Francophone Africa, winning numerous prestigious awards that attest to the high quality of its services.

In 2014 Serigne started People Input’s diversification and launched Voice Africa, the most creative communication agency in Francophone countries and in 2018, People Input set up a joint venture with dentsu where Serigne leads the Francophone Africa Hub (Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire and Cameroon). In four years, dentsu became one of the biggest communication groups in Senegal and Cote d’Ivoire. In 2020, he merged the three companies and created the P_i Group to respond to the main market need which was to provide a real integrated offer incorporating Tech, Creative and Media intelligence. 

Serigne’s mission is to participate in building a Digital Africa through a combination of top-notch expertise, international quality standard and fit to the local needs.
