Patricio De Matteis

As CEO of dentsu Australia and New Zealand, Patricio leads the network’s growth and operations with a focus on delivering sustainable value for clients and partners. With over 35 years of experience across marketing, digital, data and tech consulting, he is a strategic leader known for building high-performing teams and driving transformative growth.
Before joining dentsu, Patricio served as Chief Digital Officer at Cognizant, where he led the digital experience, cloud and data business in ANZ and developed a strategy to scale it into a USD$1 billion enterprise. His career also includes a 14-year tenure at Accenture, as Asia Pacific Leader for Accenture Interactive/Song , where he helped grow the business from a two-person startup to a 3000+ strong team.
Patricio’s background spans both client and consulting sides, with senior roles at Coca-Cola , Kellogg’s and Unilever enriching his perspective. He holds a degree in Anthropology from Skidmore College in New York and is based in Sydney.
