Amnet, Dentsu Aegis Network’s programmatic buying group, has launched in Perth and appointed Tiffany Johnston as a Client Service Manager.

The launch follows significant new client wins totalling $20 million across the Dentsu Aegis Network group in WA and Tiffany’s appointment demonstrates the group’s commitment to investing in market leading technology and people on the ground in Western Australia.

Tiffany joins Amnet with five years’ experience in digital media buying and trading desks, having held roles at Perth agencies Longtail and Media Data Aggregator and Audience Network Audience 360.

Tiffany will lead the Amnet service arm for Carat and Dentsu Mitchell clients in Western Australia, working with the teams to ensure their clients get the best results from Amnet’s leading approach to programmatic media trading.

Speaking of Tiffany’s appointment, Catherine Smith General Manager of Amnet VIC & WA said, “We are really pleased to launch Amnet in Perth and welcome Tiffany. This hire demonstrates our Group’s continued commitment to operating 100% in the digital economy by 2020”.

Adam Marshall, Managing Director at Carat Perth and Michelle Testa, Business Director at Dentsu Mitchell Perth said the launch of Amnet would be pivotal in growing their agencies’ programmatic footprint to take a clear lead against their competitors in the Perth market.

“We are very excited to launch Amnet in Perth. Programmatic will continue to capture a greater share of our client’s media investment and it is critical that we invest in local expertise to help maximise value for our clients. Tiffany is a unique talent for WA and will help build programmatic media strategy and drive campaign success for our agencies and clients here.”

Tiffany Johnston said, “I am excited to be joining Amnet and the Dentsu Aegis Network more broadly. Both businesses have a reputation for leading digital innovation in media and I look forward to working with DAN media agencies and clients to develop high performing campaigns.”

In the last six months DAN has launched several new business units in Perth including Posterscope and iProspect. The addition of Amnet is a further demonstration of the group’s growing footprint in the WA market.

Tiffany’s appointment is effective immediately.
