Dentsu Aegis Network appoints Henry Tajer as Chief Executive Officer

Dentsu Aegis Network has appointed Henry Tajer to the role of Chief Executive Officer Australia and New Zealand, following an extensive global executive search.

Henry has more than two decades of experience spanning media, creative and digital services, and joins the group from Amazon, where he held the role of Managing Director, Media Services. Previous international leadership roles include Global CEO at IPG Mediabrands and APAC President at Universal McCann.

A celebrated people-focused, innovative leader, with a proven track record at a national, regional and global level, Henry’s appointment will draw on his extensive range of experience across the media, advertising and digital sectors. 

Speaking of the appointment, DAN APAC CEO, Nick Waters said, “I am delighted to bring Henry into the group. We have a large and diverse business across Australia and New Zealand which requires the high calibre leadership that Henry will provide.

Henry Tajer assumes the new role from Monday 18 February and will be based at Dentsu Aegis Network’s Sydney office.
