Seafolly appoints Amicus Digital, a Merkle Company to deliver CRM Loyalty and Marketing Automation excellence

 Australia’s leading specialist in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Amicus Digital, a Merkle Company has been appointed by Seafolly as its CRM Loyalty and Marketing Automation agency following a competitive three-way pitch. 

The appointment sees Amicus Digital’s team of marketing cloud technical experts support Seafolly with enterprise architecture, data and technology consulting, technical implementation and strategy to deliver a best in class customer experience informed by data and enabled by Salesforce technology. 

In partnership, Amicus Digital will build on Seafolly and Sunburn’s newly launched loyalty programme, The Beach Club, to drive more personalised, data-driven touchpoints to reward and recognise shoppers at every step of the customer journey.
